Samrudhi Loan Scheme:

In view of the stiff competition in the banking sector, our Bank commenced individual loaning under 'Samriddhi Yojana' in 2004.
Under this scheme, loans are given to teachers and the other salary earners whose salary accounts are with us, for various prupose like, purchase of consumer goods, for own marraige, marraige of a progeny, higher education of a son/daughter or a foreign/domestic tour etc. The rate of interest charged is 10.5% per annum.

Grih Swapnapurti Yojana:

This is a housing loan scheme started recently by out Bank for our Clients. Under this scheme, loans upto Rs. 15.00 lac are available, for a period varying from 5 to 20 years as per requirements of the borrowers. The rate of interest varies from 7.25% to 8.5% per annum.
