Besides, regular finance to Agriculture and agro-based industry, the MSCB has consortium arrangement with district central co-operative and urban co-operative banks, as well as commercial banks for financing working capital and term loans to the economically viable and technically feasible co-operative projects, which are in need of substantial fiinancial aid. However, it is ensured that such projects fulfill the guidelines of NABARD and are supported by default guarantee of the State government.
