We are licensed by SEBI as Depository participant of the Central Depository Services (India) Ltd.,Mumbai.
& have started functioning as DP since March 18, 2006. We undertake all the functions as DP i.e. Demat
Account opening, Dematerialisation of share certificates at minimum cost.  

Documents required
1) One Passport size photo
2) Pan Card
3) Residence proof

 Application contains -
1) Details of account holders.
2) Agreement between DP & account holders
3) Nomination
4) Debit Authorisation to The M.S.C.Bank Ltd., (i.e.DP) for debiting charges
to account holders’ account with The M.S.C.Bank Ltd.

 Charges Schedule - (w.e.f 18/03/2006 )
Account Opening : Rs. Nil
Account Closing : Rs. Nil
Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) : Rs.175 p.a.
Custody Charges : Rs. nil
Sale : 0.04% of Market Value
(Minimum Rs.20/- & Maximum Rs.50/-)
Dematerialisation : Rs.2/- per certificate & postage charges i.e. Rs.25/-
Rematerialisation : Rs.40/- per instruction & postage charges i.e. Rs.25/-
Pledge Creation/Confirmation/Invocation: Rs.25/- per instruction
Closure of Pledge : Rs.25/- per instruction
Transaction Statement : Free (quarterly basis for all demat account holder and monthly basis for those
having transaction on demat account during the month)

Freezing/Defreezing : Rs.25/- per transaction
Additional Statement : Rs.15/- + postage charges i.e. Rs.25/-
Failed debit transaction : Rs.25/- per transaction
Delivery instruction slip : Rs.10/- per booket of 10 pages

 Additional Services - 

1) Demat Account holders have an easy access to their demat accounts on their personal computers
without paying any charge to the bank, through the “easi” service provided by CDSL.

2) CDSL SMART is an SMS service being made available by CDSL
(Subject to CDSL charges & Agreement)
