As per the provisions contained in the bye-law No. 51 of the bank, the Board of Directors of the bank consists of 57 members, including Managing Director as ex-officio member of the board. The chief constituents of the board are the representatives of District Central Co-operatives Banks. The board meets as often as may be necessary, but at least once in two months and exercises overall control over the working of the bank. Besides the Board of Directors, there are three sub-committees, viz. Loan Committee, Executive Committee and Staff Committee.
