Apart from being the biggest State Co-op. Bank in the
country,one more feather has been added to the cap of
achievements of MSCB, as it now occupies a prominent
position among top Indian banks on the basis of financial
soundness (Capital : Assets Ratio) as assessed during
the last decade by 'The Banker', published from
London. According to its July, 2002 issue, the Bank
occupies 642 nd position among top 1000 banks
of the world and 7th among 20 Indian Banks
which figure in this list.
